Lead developer on the Desert Hawk III UAV ground control system. Sole engineer on a precision optical targeting system used in Army field testing. Also served as software reliability engineer on a $360M radio communications program.

Developed secure BLE communication between Android and an implantable neurostimulation device. Implemented reverse-engineering prevention and runtime security hardening for a class III medical device.

Led personalization architecture and holiday readiness for one of the largest retail web platforms in the US — delivering record Black Friday stability at 65K requests/second at origin. Designed the EDGE rendering platform that resulted in six granted US patents.

Co-architected the Linked Intelligence System — a real-time service dependency mapping and operational insight platform used across Target's engineering organization.

Led development of the MultiConnect rCell MTR cellular router, managing a team of six remote engineers. Built core communication libraries and high-performance device servers for industrial IoT deployments.

Designed and delivered embedded firmware for low-power landfill gas pump controllers — battery-operated field devices communicating over LoRaWAN in remote environments.

A professional-grade soundboard for sports DJs — built for the person running music at a live event. Player announcements, walk-up songs, crowd audio, and ceremony sequences all from one app. Bluetooth keep-alive, Spotify integration, and voice recording included.

Scoreboards at amateur hockey rinks are controlled by complicated consoles that take real training to operate — so volunteer parents wing it. BlueLine is a BLE hardware bridge and phone app that gives operators a simple, hockey-specific UI they can learn in five minutes.

Lobby TVs at sports facilities scroll through a full day of events. Parents carrying gear have to stand and wait for the current slot to show up. RinkBoard replaces that with a real-time display — current events, locker room assignments, big text, instant updates from staff's phone.
